Your deliverables should be available within 24-48 hours! Photos are typically ready within 24 hours, while more comprehensive services, such as drone videos and Matterport virtual tours, sometimes require additional processing time to ensure your final result is top-notch and scroll-stopping.

With photographers centrally based in Macon, GA and Warner Robins, GA, we serve Middle Georgia and surrounding areas. If your listing is outside that zone, just ask! We're open to traveling outside our region.

The length of our media shoots varies based on factors like the scope of services requested, the property's size, if outbuildings are included, how well-prepared the home is, etc. We recommend allowing a minimum of 2 hours so that our team can fully capture your property. During this time, we ask that you ensure we have full access to any areas of the home/outbuildings that will be featured.

Our photographers are experienced in selecting angles that enhance the best qualities of a real estate listing. However, many elements of listing photography are subjective. As the realtor or property owner, you are the expert on the key features and attributes of that particular property, and you are familiar with the expectations of your client, the seller.

Being onsite gives you the opportunity to communicate any specific preferences or shots you have in mind. Otherwise, we’ll use our professional judgment to capture the photographs and video clips that we believe best market the property.
